چکیده

هدف: هدف اصلی این مطالعه ارائه‌ی الگویی نو از مدیریت فرایندهای سازمانی است که در شرایط پیچیده دارای چابکی لازم باشد و یکی از مهم‌ترین الزامات آن، استفاده از رویکردهای سیستمی و با رویکرد تحقیق در عملیات نرم در جهت طراحی الگوست زیرا روش‌های معرفی شده در پیشینه برای دستیابی به چابکی مدیریت فرایندها، عموماً دارای بهینه‌سازی ناقص بوده و دلیل آن نگاه تک بعدی و نبود نگاه سیستمی برای شناسایی متغیرهای چابکی در مدیریت فرایندهاست.

روش‌شناسی پژوهش: در این مقاله سعی شده با بهره‌گیری از توانمندی‌های پارادایم تفسیری در تحقیق در عملیات نرم الگو ارائه گردد. بدین‌منظور در ابتدا با استفاده از تکنیک فراترکیب و سپس با انجام مصاحبه با خبرگان به تعداد 18 نفر مولفه‌های اصلی احصا شدند و در ادامه با استفاده از فرایند رتبه‌بندی تفسیری، اولویت‌بندی گردیدند.

یافته‌ها: با ‌توجه به‌نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از پژوهش و شناسایی عوامل موثر بر چابکی در مدیریت فرایندهای سازمانی، یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد به لحاظ تکنیک رتبه‌بندی تفسیری، مولفه‌ی رهبری فرایندها در اولویت اول قرار می‌گیرد. لذا سازمان‌هایی که خواهان چابک‌سازی در سیستم مدیریت فرایندهای خود می‌باشند، بایستی در مرتبه‌ی اول به ویژگی‌های رهبری در فرایندها به منظور اجرای نظامات تحولی توجه داشته باشند و همچنین در اولویت‌های بعدی، درک و شناخت محیطی، نیروی انسانی آگاه و شایسته، بعد یادگیرندگی سازمان، ساختارهای اقتضایی و متناسب، حاکمیت، استراتژی‌سازی مبتنی بر بداهه، زیرساخت فناوری، سازگاری پویا، فرهنگ و پایداری خلاق به ترتیب مدنظر قرار گیرند.

اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: استفاده از تکنیک‌های تحقیق در عملیات نرم، از جمله فرایند رتبه‌بندی تفسیری در طراحی الگوی چابک در مدیریت فرایندهای کسب و کار کمک شایانی به سازمان‌های فرایندی در محیط‌های پیچیده و پویا خواهد نمود که بتوانند بطور همزمان از مزایایی ناشی از ثبات در مدیریت فرایندها و پویایی ناشی از چابک بودن بهره برداری نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The main goal of this study is to present a new model of managing organizational processes that is necessary for agility in complex conditions, and one of its most important requirements is the use of systematic approaches and with a research approach in soft operations in order to design the model because the methods introduced in the background To achieve process management agility, it generally has incomplete optimization, and the reason for that is the one-dimensional view and the lack of a system view to identify agility variables in process management.

Methodology: In this article, an attempt has been made to present a model using the capabilities of the interpretive paradigm in research on soft operations. For this purpose, first by using Meta-synthesis technique and then by conducting interviews with 18 experts, the main components were counted and then they were prioritized using interpretive ranking process.

Findings: According to the results obtained from the research, the process leadership component has been placed in the first priority based on the interpretative ranking, and this indicates that an organization that wants to be agile in its process management system should be prioritized. First, he should pay attention to the way the leader interacts and influences the process owners and executors, the risk-taking and courage of the process leaders in the implementation of transformational processes, and as a priority, as well as in the following priorities, he should pay attention to the importance of understanding and recognizing the environment, knowledgeable human resources And it is appropriate to consider the learning dimension of the organization, attention to contingency structures, governance, strategy based on improvisation, technology infrastructure, dynamic adaptation, culture and creative sustainability.

Originality/Value: The use of research techniques in soft operations, including the interpretive ranking process in the design of an agile model in the management of business processes, will be of great help to process organizations in complex and dynamic environments that can simultaneously benefit from the benefits of Take advantage of stability in managing processes and dynamism due to being agile.
