چکیده

هدف: هدف اصلی این مطالعه ارایه­ الگویی نو از مدیریت فرآیندهای سازمانی است که در شرایط پیچیده دارای چابکی لازم باشد. یکی از مهم‌ترین الزامات چنین الگویی استفاده از تفکر سیستمی و رویکرد تحقیق‌در‌‌عملیات نرم است، چراکه روش‌های معرفی‌شده در پیشینه برای دستیابی به چابکی مدیریت فرآیندها، عموما دارای بهینه‌­سازی ناقص بوده و دلیل آن نگاه تک‌‌بعدی و نبود نگاه سیستمی برای شناسایی متغیرهای چابکی در مدیریت فرآیندهاست.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: در این مطالعه، تلاش شد با بهره‌گیری از توانمندی‌های پارادایم تفسیری، الگویی جامع ارایه گردد. بدین‌منظور، ابتدا با استفاده از تکنیک فراترکیب و سپس، با انجام مصاحبه با هجده خبره، مولفه‌­های اصلی احصا شدند. در ادامه، با استفاده از فرآیند رتبه­‌بندی تفسیری، مولفه‌ها اولویت‌بندی شدند.
یافته‌ها: یافته­‌ها نشان می­‌دهد که بر اساس رتبه­‌بندی تفسیری، مولفه­ رهبری فرآیندها در اولویت نخست قرار می­‌گیرد؛ لذا سازمان‌­هایی که خواهان چابک­‌سازی در سیستم مدیریت فرآیندهای خود می‌­باشند، بایستی در مرتبه­‌ی اول به ویژگی‌­های رهبری در فرآیندها به‌منظور اجرای نظام‌های تحولی توجه داشته باشند. پس از آن، نتایج نشان داد که درک و شناخت محیطی، نیروی انسانی آگاه و شایسته، بعد یادگیرندگی سازمان، ساختارهای اقتضایی و متناسب، حاکمیت، استراتژی‌­سازی مبتنی بر بداهه، زیرساخت فناوری، سازگاری پویا، فرهنگ و پایداری خلاق به‌ترتیب در اولویت­‌های بعدی مدنظر قرار گیرند.
اصالت/ارزش‌افزوده علمی: استفاده از تکنیک‌­های تحقیق در عملیات نرم، ازجمله فرآیند رتبه­‌بندی تفسیری، در طراحی الگوی چابک در مدیریت فرآیندهای کسب‌و‌کار کمک شایانی به سازمان‌­های فرآیندی در محیط‌­های پیچیده و پویا خواهد نمود، به‌طوری‌که بتوانند به‌طور هم‌زمان از مزایایی ناشی از ثبات در مدیریت فرآیندها و پویایی ناشی از چابک بودن بهره‌مند شوند.

Purpose: The main goal of this study is to present a novel model for managing organizational processes possessing the necessary agility in complex situations. One of the most critical requirements of such a model is using systems thinking and a soft operations research approach because the methods introduced in the background to achieve the agility of the process management generally include fragmentary optimization because of the one-dimensional view and the lack of a system view to identifying agility variables in process management.
Methodology: In this study, an attempt was made to provide a comprehensive model using the interpretative paradigm's capabilities. To this end, the main components were identified using the meta-synthesis technique and interviews with eighteen experts. Further, components were prioritized by using the interpretative ranking process.
Findings: The findings show that the process leadership component is given first priority based on the interpretive ranking. Therefore, organizations that want to be agile in their process management system should consider leadership characteristics in processes to implement transformational systems. After that, the results showed that environmental awareness, knowledgeable and competent human resources, organizational learning dimension, contingent and appropriate structures, governance, improvisation-based strategy-making, technological infrastructure, dynamic adaptation, culture, and creative sustainability are prioritized, respectively.
Originality/Value: Using soft operations research techniques, including the interpretive ranking process, in designing an agile model for managing business processes will significantly help process organizations in complex and dynamic environments to simultaneously exploit the benefits of stability in managing processes and dynamism coming from being agile.
