Purpose: Today, with the development of e-commerce, society is experiencing a business revolution. E-commerce gradually has been accepted more and more and changed people’s lives. The aim of this research is to determine to the critical performance criteria in balanced evaluation of Iranian online B2C business stores using a hybrid Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and multi criteria decision making (Fuzzy ANP and Fuzzy WASPAS) approach.Methodology: Considering research objective, it’s an applied research, regarding method it’s descriptive and based on analysis method, it’s a quantitative- mathematical modeling study. The statistical population of this study includes owners of online businesses in Rasht city.Findings: After reviewing the literature and identifying online stores’ evaluation criteria, these criteria were classified based on the four perspectives of BSC. Next, the importance of the criteria was determined using the Fuzzy Analytical Network Process (ANP) technique, among which operation management (0.15848), sales (0.14957), market share (0.13710), customer satisfaction (0.12409) and customer relationship management (0.10527) are the most important criteria, respectively. Finally, based on the results of evaluating 10 Iranian online stores using Fuzzy WASPAS technique, Digi Kala, Digi Style, and Chareh stores were ranked first to third.Originality/Value: In this research, B2C online store brands were evaluated and ranked with a mixed approach of FANP and FWASPAS and based on the research results, executive and research proposals were presented.

Purpose: Despite increasing advances in project management, a very large proportion of projects still fail. Because there is no comprehensive approach to fully evaluate projects. Therefore, in this research, a new method for evaluating the efficiency of projects has been introduced, which is well understood due to the quantitative and qualitative nature of the designed model. Methodology: This research is applied in nature and the research method used in it is case study. Various methods such as library studies, searching articles and journals related to the research topic have been used to obtain information in the theoretical sections, and interviews and questionnaire have been used to determine the indicators. After extracting the indicators and designing the network structure based on the perspective of the balanced scorecard, the data envelopment analysis network model was designed and then the model was solved and finally the results were analyzed.Findings: Using the designed model, the efficiency and performance of Shiraz Civil Institute projects is evaluated from four financial perspectives, stakeholders and partners, and internal processes, and growth and learning. And according to the results, 33% of the projects of the Civil Institute are inefficient and the rest of the projects are efficient.Originality/Value: The model presented in this paper is a combination of network data envelopment analysis and balanced scorecard, and a systematic relationship has been established between the two methods, so that one of them complements and covers the weaknesses of the other method.

Balanced Scorecard used as a tool of strategic assessment and suggested that all performance of organizations should not only be studied financial metrics but must non-financial metrics also be considered. BSC concept encompasses a larger area of the business segment. However, Balanced Scorecard is in practice very complex and in terms of the measurement system and implementation is very successful. But it could be concluded that there are still shortcomings which some scholars have identified it. For this reason were suggested innovative methods to reform the traditional model and performance indicators, such as Balanced Scorecard Knowledge-Based System (BSCKBS), the Proactive BSC Methodology (PBCSM), Lean Balanced Scorecard Card (LBSC), Balanced IT Scorecard (BITS), BSC - Analytic Network Process (ANP) and BSC - Control Objectives for Information Technology (COBIT). In the present study, innovative methods were introduced for reform the traditional model of BSC according to historical recognition method, were studied. The results show that in recent year's wealth of researches is done on the use of new approaches in the field of management accounting in particular BSC, with the aim of eliminating defects in the traditional model and help in decision making for strategic decision making.

Proper selection of suppliers and effective management of relationships with them is a key factor in increasing the competitiveness of companies. In order to implement this philosophy, the supplier's choice in the supply chain is considered as an important issue and leads decision-makers to use valid techniques and methods to select the supplier. Choosing the right supplier will significantly reduce the cost of purchasing the raw materials as well as the waiting time until the ordered cargo arrives; it also increases the level of competitiveness of the company. In this research, a performance evaluation model for suppliers in the agile supply chain is developed using a balanced scorecard and multi-criteria decision-making methods in the uncertainty environment of Pakshu Company. In this research, using the DEMATEL method, we first determine the causal relationships of the main perspectives and indicators. Then, using the ANP method, we calculate the sub-indices weight, and finally, using the developed VIKOR method, we will evaluate the final evaluation of the suppliers of Pakshu companies. Also, agile indicators were the criteria for action and decision. In this research, five major suppliers of Pakshoo have been evaluated. Ultimately, GOLDEAST is the best performing company and ZHENGDA has the weakest performance.
