Abstract

In this paper, we identify the basic variables to build solar power plant using methods MCDM FOR Ranking in the country for the construction of solar power plant deal.THE topsis method Each of the numeric distance from the ideal option in terms of positive and negative attributes. Then, using data envelopment analysis And using a multiple model CCR and according to the output topsis method As well as input variables every city in the country to assess relative Solar power plant construction or in other words the capacity to build solar power plant In each of the cities we compare the relative efficiency and obtains points.Revealing the efficient frontier are Pareto efficient cities for investment and the construction and operation of solar power offer. The results show Ahvaz city to take advantage of solar energy is the most talented. In this paper, we identify the basic variables to build solar power plant using methods MCDM FOR Ranking in the country for the construction of solar power plant deal.THE topsis method Each of the numeric distance from the ideal option in terms of positive and negative attributes.
