Purpose: Designing a logistic network is a vital and strategic issue that provides the optimal platform for effective and useful management of supply chain. For this purpose, in this paper, a multi-echelon, multi-product, multi-period and multi-objective sustainable dual-channel closed-loop supply chain network has been designed taking into account the technology of RFID. Simultaneously this model seeks to maximize the profits and social responsibility of the supply chain network while it minimizes the whole delay in delivery time and environmental pollution. Also, because definitive models are incapable of understanding the complexities of real-world applications, so this paper also addresses systemic and environmental uncertainties.Methodology: In this study, the scenario-based stochastic robust programming optimization technique is used to deal with the uncertainty of the parameters and to deal with the uncertainty of the parameters, and due to the multi-objective model and for validation and model exact solution in small dimensions of a new robust augmented ε‑constraint method (AUGMECON‑R) is used to achieve the best balance between the objectives. Also, since the problem is of np-hard class, two NSGA-II and MOPSO algorithms were used to solve the model in larger dimensions.Findings: The results show that this model has acceptable efficiency that due to the uncertainty of some parameters.Originality/Value: The proposed model includes mathematical formulas in a certain and robust state that allows the establishment of several complicated characteristics in the above text along with direct and indirect selling channels and repairing centers and secondary costumers create the new design of supply chain that can be supreme model for the managers and professionals with the wide application especially from strategic view.

In this paper, a closed-loop supply chain for pharmaceutical items consists of a pharmacy, a distribution center, a recycling center and several pharmacy sites is considered in which two types of routing are performed. The first involves the routing of vehicles between the distribution center and the pharmacies, and the second involves the routing of vehicles to the recycling center and all nodes. Two types of pharmaceutical items are considered for this purpose, and their demand varies for different periods. The distribution center can offer discounts depending on the pharmacy orders. In addition, the distribution center can increase its capacity by renting more warehouses. Also, we have two objective functions: minimizing costs and environmental pollutants caused by carbon dioxide emissions. This problem is solved in the small-sized problem by the Epsilon constraint method and in the large cases by two hybrid algorithms based on the Fordyce-Webster algorithms and NSGAII-FW and MOSA and evaluated by different criteria. The computational results show that the NSGAII-FW algorithm is more efficient than the MOSA algorithm.

With the expansion and intensification of competition, supply chain management has become one of the key issues facing economic firms, as all the activities of organizations to produce products, improve quality, reduce costs and provide services required by customers, has been affected. In this research, a closed loop supply chain network include levels of (manufacturing centers, demand zones, collection centers and disposal centers) under certainty is considered. The main objective of this paper is to determine the optimal number and location of potential facilities and determine the optimal flow considering the minimization total supply chain network cost. To solve this model, a new metaheuristics algorithm called the whale Optimization algorithm has been used with novel priority-based encoding. Also, to demonstrate the high efficiency of the proposed method, 21 sample problems were designed in small, medium and large sizes, and the results obtained from the solving method and the results obtained from the methodology for solving the subject literature were compared. Comparisons between solving methods with consideration of the two averages of the objective functions and the average computational time indicate the efficiency of the proposed solution method for the comparison of the other methods of solving.
