Survey academic performance by educational data mining is one of the most important issues in the field of educational management and researchers focus on it. The purpose of this study is to present an experimental method for appropriate algorithm selection in predicting students' academic status in two and three classes. Two-class database predicts the admission or rejection of students in the course, while the database of the three classes, in addition to admission or rejection, identifies students who are prone and elite. Using the previous articles in the field of educational data mining and experts' opinions, factors that effect on academic performance of students were identified and database was compiled based on them. After optimization of parameters and implementation of different algorithms, the performance scores of the algorithms were calculated using paired t-test based on three indexes include of accuracy, f-measure, and ROC, algorithms were compared by TOPSIS and VIKOR methods. In the two-class mode, Support Vector Machine algorithm in TOPSIS with value of 0.999115 and VIKOR with value of zero has shown the best performance. In the multi-class mode, the Logistic Regression algorithm in TOPSIS and VIKOR in turns with values 0.9986044 and 0.0009798 performances better than other algorithms. The proposed method can be used as a tool for selecting algorithm that has the best pergormance in educational data mining. Because choosing the algorithm to achieve accurate and exact results is very effective and can be taken into account in the process of counseling and preventing students' academic failure

Evaluation of the current system of national distribution, design network model of production and distribution of product and strategy with efficiency in order to reduce the cost of physical distribution of goods, something essential seems to be one of the most important factors in corporate profitability is .The main objective of this research is how to design appropriate strategies using TOPSIS and SAW presented distribution network. For this purpose, the data were first collected, then the data was analyzed and the conclusion was reached. Company elphy Isfahan province was chosen as the model is tested. A questionnaire was used to collect data. For this purpose, a questionnaire with 10 criteria and the opinion of several experts and experts of the company was developed. The study population was elphy food production and distribution company.Analysis method, TOPSIS and SAW, respectively. Major Findings indicate that design strategies distribution network levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 1 and 6 in the methods TOPSIS and levels 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 4. In the SAW in order for development programs to managers were proposed . So both methods, two strategies have chosen as the best strategy.

In recent decades, how to determine the best supplier as a strategic factor in the supply chain is considered. If the parameters such as the development of sustainable (green) will also continue to be important for selection will not be easy. Today, no company can ignore the supply chain management and is expected to survive. In this paper to identify the most important criteria in the process of strategic decision-making based on green supply chain management to select the suppliers to buy paint for the implementation of different parts of the Isfahan Municipality has been lining. In this study, using decision criteria used to rank priority TOPSIS production companies were highlighted. Preparing a questionnaire and an interview with The ranking has been done. The results showed that due to the fact that different perspectives in understanding the issues of sustainable development and environmental factors exist between employers and the adoption of green supply chain management with the benefits of inter-organizational and is so much buy based on the parameters of price and stress management can be a macro environmental strategy is effective it tends to be.

MID term planning or determination of productionbudget is one of more importatnt activities for manufactoring industries that is necessory to be started befor the beginning of each period.the purpose of budget , is prediction of consumption market in next period and determination of production schedule in order to provide market needs. we need to know priority of products for budgeting. this priority is presentable by decision making techniques.using data of one period don't show the process of changes in attributes during previos periods. for this reason, in this article, topsis technique is developed by using multi period data instead of one period. in order to explain this research, we will prioritize chemidarou products with more than one handred and sixty production license.but in this article, the mentioned mettod is shown in five cases of products during three consecutive years befor the intended period and we consider decision attribute such as profit margin, market share, the number of competitors ond consumption growth in country.applying of suggested method is very useful for this company and other companies with wide variety of products in case of selection high value products to stay on budget and present mid term production planning.
