Up to now, different tools have been introduced for analyses of process capability such as process capability indexes of Cp, Cpk and Cpm that developed for analyzing the capability of process and adapting the quality specifications of product. Most studies in the literature only consider the process with single capability variable, while there is a lack of studies that consider multi-variable processes. Cpm index has been defined with Taguchi overview over robust design. In this research, the metric Lp model has introduced to investigate the optimum decision variables by considering nominal is better quality specification and reparation Cpm index. We also expand the proposed model for such a processes with considering overall cost as well as process quality. At the end of research, numerical example has been presented to exhibit usage of proposed model for obtaining the best levels of process decision variables.

With the expansion and intensification of competition, supply chain management has become one of the key issues facing economic firms, as all the activities of organizations to produce products, improve quality, reduce costs and provide services required by customers, has been affected. In this research, a closed loop supply chain network include levels of (manufacturing centers, demand zones, collection centers and disposal centers) under certainty is considered. The main objective of this paper is to determine the optimal number and location of potential facilities and determine the optimal flow considering the minimization total supply chain network cost. To solve this model, a new metaheuristics algorithm called the whale Optimization algorithm has been used with novel priority-based encoding. Also, to demonstrate the high efficiency of the proposed method, 21 sample problems were designed in small, medium and large sizes, and the results obtained from the solving method and the results obtained from the methodology for solving the subject literature were compared. Comparisons between solving methods with consideration of the two averages of the objective functions and the average computational time indicate the efficiency of the proposed solution method for the comparison of the other methods of solving.

Multi-attribute decision-making is a powerful and widely used method of solving decision-making problems and choosing the most desirable of the available options. Data envelopment analysis is a nonparametric method for calculating performance size. The basic drawback of conventional decision-making methods is that they are not capable of taking into account decision-making priorities and preferences as well as risk-taking or risk aversion. On the other hand, in some cases, it is difficult to determine the exact amount of data and the results are qualitative and quantitative. The weighted average method is classified as one of the decision-making methods that are capable of considering the priorities and subjective evaluations of the decision-maker in the decision-making process. This paper deals with one of the ranking methods in data envelopment analysis called cross-efficiency and tries to consider the decision-makers' risk-taking and risk-aversion in consolidating cross-performance matrix members as well as in the cross-efficiency integration process.

Determining the efficiency of each system for scheduling is one of the requirements of that system. Data envelopment analysis models are often used to determine the performance of systems. In this paper, the simplest and most practical two-stage systems are introduced as the basic two-stage system. Then the proposed TSDEA models based on the distance function measures are investigated. Subsequently, Russell's idea of non-radial TSDEA models was developed.

One of the most important issues in data envelopment analysis is the determination of the return to scale class of decision-making units. One of the structures of decision-making units is the two-stage network structure. In this research, we obtain the return to scale class of decision-making units with two strategies. The first strategy is when each stage performs independently, and the input and output of each stage is important for it, the return to scale class is assigned corresponding to each stage and the overall process with this strategy. In the other case, we define the two-stage network structure as the leader and follower model, and the output of the first step is considered as the input of the second stage, in which case the return to scale class is determined based on the output ratio of each stage to the input of that stage. The second stage output to the first stage input ratio is used to determine the return to scale class of the final process. Determine the relationship between the return to scale class and the first and second stages, and provide sufficient conditions to determine the return to scale class. Finally, we illustrate the proposed approach with a numerical example.

Data envelopment analysis is an approach to measuring the relative performance of a set of homogeneous decision-making units. Congestion is also one of the important concepts in data envelopment analysis and economics. Numerous models and methods have been proposed to measure the congestion in an inaccurate environment. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new approach to measuring congestion in data envelopment analysis so that the data are interval. In this paper, congestion recognition models are used based on comparing inputs with common weights and linear programming intervals and introduced for units with congestion, interval congestion. The proposed method is illustrated for interval data with examples

Since the problems of everyday life are relative , so far various tools such as fuzzy sets, intuitive fuzzy sets, etc. have been expressed to express these ambiguities in mathematical modeling. In 2009, Torra introduced a new horizon for the discussion of hesitant fuzzy sets to discuss issues that are uncertain about decision making. In the course of his work, the quantitative and qualitative expansion of uncertain fuzzy sets is discussed. In this article, for the purpose of introducing more researchers to hesitant fuzzy sets, we review the types of hesitant fuzzy sets such as dual uncertain fuzzy sets, generalized hesitant fuzzy sets, and so on.
