Therefore, the accuracy of mathematical models in predicting mortality rates is an important challenge. The purpose of this study is to generalize static stochastic mortality models to dynamic stochastic mortality models and to predict mortality rates based on the generalization of stochastic mortality models by the Cox-Ingersoll-Ross (CIR) process and to compare the results with each other.Methodology: In this research, two suggestions are presented: the first idea is to provide a dynamic correction method to increase the prediction accuracy using the CIR process and the second idea is to examine the out-of-sample validation method.Findings: In this study, using the out-of-sample validation method, the force of mortality from the best models selected from the two famous mortality model families (Lee-Carter and Cairns, Blake and Dowd (CBD)) is compared with the results of the generalized model. After estimating the parameters of the studied models and calculating the prediction of the mortality rates, by calculating the mean absolute error and root mean squares error of prediction, it is determined that the generalization of stochastic mortality models by the CIR process performs much better than static mortality models. The Bayesian information criterion also indicates that the use of generalized stochastic mortality models is justified.Originality/Value: In this study, stochastic mortality index models, which include Lee-Carter and Cairns-Blake-Dowd family models, are used and generalized by the CIR process. In this regard, Human Mortality Database (HMD) data is used. But there is no information about our country in this database. Because the French mortality pattern is very close to the Iranian pattern and the life tables of this country (TD 88-90) are used in Iranian insurance applications, the crude death rate of French men in the years 1900-2018 on the ages of 18, 40 and 65 years is used. Using these data and the backtesting method, static mortality models and generalized models with the CIR process are compared.}, keywords = {Life Insurance,Mortality Prediction,Cox-Ingersoll-Ross Process,Stochastic Mortality Model}, title_fa = {تعمیم مدل‌های مرگ‌ومیر تصادفی برای بهبود پیش‌بینی مرگ‌ومیر در بیمه‌های زندگی و صندوق‌های بازنشستگی}, abstract_fa = {هدف: مرگ‌ومیر یک فرآیند پویا است که با گذشت زمان تکمیل می‌شود و یک مساله اساسی در بیمه‌های عمر، صندوق بازنشستگی، بیمه‌های درمان و به‌طور‌کلی هر موضوع مرتبط با برنامه‌ریزی‌ مالی که با طول عمر افراد سر‌و‌کار دارد، است؛ لذا، دقت مدل‌های ریاضی در پیش‌بینی نرخ مرگ‌ومیر یک چالش مهم است. هدف از این پژوهش تعمیم مدل‌های مرگ‌ومیر تصادفی ایستا به مدل‌های مرگ‌ومیر تصادفی پویا و پیش‌بینی نرخ مرگ‌ومیر بر‌اساس تعمیم مدل‌‌های مرگ‌ومیر تصادفی به‌وسیله فرآیند کاکس-اینگرسول-راس (CIR) و مقایسه نتایج با یکدیگر است.روش‌شناسی پژوهش: در این پژوهش، دو پیشنهاد ارایه می‌شود: ایده نخست ارایه یک روش اصلاحی پویا برای بالا بردن دقت پیش‌بینی با استفاده از فرآیند  CIR و ایده دوم بررسی روش اعتبارسنجی خارج از نمونه است.یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش اعتبارسنجی خارج از نمونه، شدت مرگ‌ومیر‌های خروجی از بهترین مدل‌های منتخب از دو خانواده مدل مرگ‌ومیر معروف (لی-کارتر و کارینز-بلک-داود (CBD)) با نتایج خروجی از مدل تعمیم‌یافته مقایسه می‌گردد. پس از برآورد پارامترهای مدل‌های تحت بررسی و محاسبه مقادیر پیش‌بینی نرخ مرگ‌ومیر، به‌وسیله محاسبه معیارهای قدرمطلق میانگین خطا و ریشه میانگین مربعات خطای پیش‌بینی مشخص می‌شود که تعمیم مدل‌‌های مرگ‌ومیر تصادفی به‌وسیله فرآیند CIR نسبت به مدل‌های مرگ‌ومیر ایستا عملکرد بسیار بهتری دارند. هم‌چنین با استفاده از معیار اطلاع بیزی مشخص می‌شود که استفاده از مدل‌‌های مرگ‌ومیر تصادفی تعمیم‌یافته توجیه‌پذیر است.اصالت/ارزش‌افزوده علمی: در این پژوهش از مدل‌های شاخص مرگ‌ومیر تصادفی که شامل مدل‌های خانواده‌‌های لی‌-کارتر و کارینز-بلک-داود است، استفاده و به‌وسیله فرآیند  CIR تعمیم داده می‌شوند. در این راستا، از داده‌های پایگاه اطلاعات مرگ‌ومیر انسانی (HMD) استفاده می‌شود؛ اما اطلاعات مربوط به کشور ما در این پایگاه وجود ندارد. از آن‌جا که الگوی مرگ‌ومیر فرانسه به الگوی ایران بسیار نزدیک است و از جدول‌های عمر این کشور (TD 88-90) در کاربردهای بیمه ایران استفاده می‌شود، از نرخ فوت خام مردان فرانسه در سال‌های ۲۰۱۸-۱۹۰۰ بر روی سنین ۱۸، ۴۰ و ۶۵ سال استفاده می‌شود. با استفاده از این داده‌ها و روش آزمون برگشت‌پذیر مدل‌های مرگ‌ومیر ایستا و مدل‌های تعمیم‌یافته با فرآیند  CIRبا‌هم مقایسه می‌‌شوند.}, keywords_fa = {بیمه عمر,پیش‌بینی مرگ‌ومیر,فرآیند کاکس-اینگرسول-راس,مدل مرگ‌ومیر تصادفی}, url = {https://www.journal-dmor.ir/article_147273.html}, eprint = {https://www.journal-dmor.ir/article_147273_062bd3317c75653db0c33b4b6bbe0a79.pdf} }
