Purpose: Today, with the development of e-commerce, society is experiencing a business revolution. E-commerce gradually has been accepted more and more and changed people’s lives. The aim of this research is to determine to the critical performance criteria in balanced evaluation of Iranian online B2C business stores using a hybrid Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and multi criteria decision making (Fuzzy ANP and Fuzzy WASPAS) approach.Methodology: Considering research objective, it’s an applied research, regarding method it’s descriptive and based on analysis method, it’s a quantitative- mathematical modeling study. The statistical population of this study includes owners of online businesses in Rasht city.Findings: After reviewing the literature and identifying online stores’ evaluation criteria, these criteria were classified based on the four perspectives of BSC. Next, the importance of the criteria was determined using the Fuzzy Analytical Network Process (ANP) technique, among which operation management (0.15848), sales (0.14957), market share (0.13710), customer satisfaction (0.12409) and customer relationship management (0.10527) are the most important criteria, respectively. Finally, based on the results of evaluating 10 Iranian online stores using Fuzzy WASPAS technique, Digi Kala, Digi Style, and Chareh stores were ranked first to third.Originality/Value: In this research, B2C online store brands were evaluated and ranked with a mixed approach of FANP and FWASPAS and based on the research results, executive and research proposals were presented.

Purpose: The purpose of this article is to design a GSNCL optimization in the dairy industry of Damdaran using FGP model.Methodology: This article is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data type and how to implement descriptive-survey research and dissertation modeling, with a FGP approach and has optimized the GSNCL in Damdaran industry. The society and the statistical sample consisted of 15 experts in the dairy industry of Damdaran, who have at least 10 years of executive experience in these industries and evaluation of supply network, as well as academic professors specializing in the field of GSNCL.Findings: The results of modeling and solving the numerical model, the importance of the role of financial dimension and simultaneous consideration of the environmental, financial and social dimensions in the mathematical model to gain competitive advantage of the GSNCL. Also, cost parameters have a positive effect on the economic performance of the main supply chain program, but by examining these parameters in sensitivity analysis, it causes a decrease in production performance in social and environmental dimensions.Originality/Value: Knowledge-enhancing research from an applied point of view can provide important information for decision makers, senior managers of dairy industry in the country about optimizing the GSNCL and maintaining the environment. The innovation aspect of the present study is to design a four-objective model to minimize economic costs, emissions of pollutant gases throughout the living network, the amount of social damages, and maximize the total revenue generated from the sale of products during the supply network using FGP. Modeling of FGP problem in a multilevel, multi-round and multi-product supply network has been carried out with the aim of minimizing undesirable deviations of each of the four ideals from the desired level.

The models of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) based on Goal Programming (GDEA) seeks to address some drawbacks of classical DEA by increasing the degree of resolution and providing real weights to Decision-Making Units (DMUs). Experimental results indicate that the GDEA models do not completely cope with these in some cases which are tested. Also, in calculating the optimal solution with different methods of evaluating the efficiency of units, we are faced with a group of Pareto optimal solutions that make a decision maker facing a serious challenge in choosing the most appropriate solution. To solve this, in the first step, this paper uses the concepts of fuzzy logic and then proposes the F-GDEA approach based on fuzzy logic in solving the GDEA models, which increases the resolution of the methods to rank the units. In the second step, by using the F-GDEA approach, we propose a new hybridized fuzzy approach called HF-GDEA for short, taking into account the various ranking results from the different programming models. With this new proposed approach, we combine the rankings obtained from different methods and present a new ranking for the DMUs. In other words, the HF-GDEA approach makes it possible to compare and thus select an optimal solution from Pareto's optimal solutions set. Finally, the proposed approach is applied to two practical examples and their numerical results are presented.

One of the problems of based models on data envelopment analysis (DEA) for ranking preference voting systems is that it allows each alternative have its own weight vector. Therefore, alternatives are evaluated with different weight vectors. In this study, we propose a model based on fuzzy logic to solve the weaknesses of the previous models. This model is based on the solving of multi-objective programming models with the help of fuzzy logic, in this way it providing a vector of common weights, and finally, we can rank the alternatives.
