چکیده

مطالعه‌ی حاضر، با تاکید بر اهمیت پایه‌ای و حیاتی رویکرد “سبز” در راهبرد‌های بازاریابی سازمان، علاقه‌مند است تا پاسخی علمی و عملی در ارتباط با این پرسش پژوهشی که “اثرراهبردهای بازاریابی سبز بر عملکرد به‌واسطه‌ی پارامترهای خلق دانش چگونه است؟” ارائه دهد. مطالعه‌ی حاضر بر اساس روش توصیفی، تحلیلی (همبستگی) و پژوهشی کاربردی در زمینه‌ی بازاریابی سبز و محصول سبز در شرکت تک‌دانه است. جامعه‌ی آماری در‌برگیرنده‌ی تقریبا بیش از 150 نفر بوده است. نمونه‌گیری بدون جای‌گذاری از جامعه‌ی متناهی و نیز استفاده از جدول مورگان، 90 نفر از جامعه‌ی مذکور را مورد مطالعه قرار داده است. انجام مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، اجرای مصاحبه‌های حضوری، استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های طراحی‌شده توسط پژوهشگر، سه روشی بوده‌ است که مطالعه‌ی حاضر برای جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد‌نیاز خود استفاده نموده است. به‌جهت آزمون پایایی ابزار اندازه گیری، از آماره آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. هم‌چنین، به منظور آزمون روایی محتوایی این ابزار، نظر نخبگان مرتبط با موضوع تحت مطالعه به‌همراه ادبیات و تئوری‌های نظری موجود مبنا قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که هر یک از فرضیه‌ها به‌لحاظ آماری معنادار است و راهبردهای بازاریابی سبز بر عملکرد سازمان به‌واسطه‌ی پارامترهای خلق دانش به‌طور مثبت و معناداری موثر هستند و نحوه اثرگذاری هر یک از عناصر آمیخته‌های سبز بر راهبردهای دانش‌آفرینی یکسان نمی‌باشد.

Background and Aim: The present study, with an emphasis on the fundamental and critical importance of the Green Approach in the organization's marketing strategies, is interested in a scientific and practical response to this research question, which "The effect of green marketing strategies on performance through knowledge creation parameters?".
Method: The present study is based on descriptive, analytical (correlation) and applied research in the field of green and green marketing in the single-grain company. The statistical population consisted of almost 150 people. Sampling without placement from the finite society and using the Morgan table, studied 90 of the community. Librarian studies, interviews, and the use of a questionnaire designed by the researcher are three methods that the present study has used to collect the information it needs. The "Cronbach Alpha" has applied for measuring the reliability of the instrument. Besides, to test the content's validity of this tool, it is used the opinion of elites related to the subject under study with the literature and theoretical theories.
Findings and Conclusion: The results showed that each of the hypotheses is statistically significant, green marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on the organisation's performance due to knowledge creation parameters, and the impact of each of the elements of the green blend on the strategies of knowledge creation is not the same.
