Service organizations such as water and wastewater companies need feedback and performance evaluation to deliver better services. The purpose of this study was to analyze trend of water supply to Iranian cities and villages and wastewater disposal from them during the years 2012 to 2018. For this purpose, in this descriptive-cross-sectional study that required data were adapted from the statistical yearbook of the national water and wastewater company, performance of four areas include urban water supply, rural water supply, urban wastewater disposal and rural wastewater disposal over 7 consecutive years were evaluated by using one of the newest multiple attribute decision making methods called Measurement Alternatives and Ranking according to COmpromise Solution (MARCOS) with considering each year as an alternative and using time series analysis and linear fitting with the help of Excel and SPSS software. The results, with a 99% confidence level, showed that the performance of all four areas has significantly increased.

Multi-attribute decision-making is a powerful and widely used method of solving decision-making problems and choosing the most desirable of the available options. Data envelopment analysis is a nonparametric method for calculating performance size. The basic drawback of conventional decision-making methods is that they are not capable of taking into account decision-making priorities and preferences as well as risk-taking or risk aversion. On the other hand, in some cases, it is difficult to determine the exact amount of data and the results are qualitative and quantitative. The weighted average method is classified as one of the decision-making methods that are capable of considering the priorities and subjective evaluations of the decision-maker in the decision-making process. This paper deals with one of the ranking methods in data envelopment analysis called cross-efficiency and tries to consider the decision-makers' risk-taking and risk-aversion in consolidating cross-performance matrix members as well as in the cross-efficiency integration process.

The strategy is most resources for organizational long term improvement and if it don’t deployment successfully, this process is ineffective even if appropriate strategies are released. The most stage in strategic deployment is resource allocation for implementation of strategic initiatives. With regard to resource restriction in the deployment of strategy, the ranking of strategic objectives with cause and effect relationships in the strategy map is important . In this paper after drawing of strategy map with DEMATEL method and identifying cause and effect relations between strategic objectives as network relations, the weight of each criterion is defined with analytic network process, and strategic objectives in the National Iranian Oil Refining & Distribution Company are ranked and according to this ranking strategic initiative are assigned.

Industrial activities on the environment, have led to many environmental problems, including earth warming, destruction of the ozone layer and increase of greenhouse gases. Manufacturing companies to stay in the market and also gain a competitive advantage need to pay attention to environmental issues. Customer’s request and also some government regulations, companies lead toward green supply chain management. The power industry in the world as on of the most important and main sector of the industry, as a stimulus to all other industries, play an important role in creating environmental problems. The main purpose of this research, identifying effective factors in managing green supply chain management and then ranking of companies active in the green supply chain management. The case study and field of research is related to Mazandaran Electric Power Industry. First, by reading literature and books, internal and external articles, 21 indicators were obtained to achieve green supply chain management, In the next step, With the help of questionnaires provided to experts and whit considering limitation's, We reached the 9 final criteria. These criteria were weighted by the method of the fuzzy hierarchy process analysis and using a pair comparison questionnaire that was provided to experts and the weight of each indicator was determined. The results showed that indicators, ability to finance, increasing the height of the power transmission towers and also use of renewable solar energy, respectively, had the highest weight and the rest of the indicators were ranked next. Eventually, using the fuzzy topsis technique, we ranked the five active energy companies in the field of green supply chain management. The rankings of these companies are relative to their level of performance in fulfilling the criteria set out in the previous step and companies were prioritized according to weightlifting indicators.

The extent to which the goals are achieved through the measurement of performance as well as the efficiency and effectiveness of each organization are the principles of organization's dynamism. Therefore, current research has focused on the prioritization of public indicators of performance evaluation of Mazandaran province's employee through the fuzzy hierarchy analysis process. Since the evaluation of criteria is essentially subjective and qualitative, it is difficult for experts and decision-makers to express their judgments and preferences in terms of exact numerical values. Hence, the fuzzy hierarchical process analysis process, based on the concept of fuzzy theory, is used in this research. In this method, paired comparisons are performed based on linguistic words and fuzzy numbers. Accordingly,, the fuzzy pair comparisons were designed and sub-indices and were distributed to completion between experts. Then, using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process and Expert Choice software, the fuzzy weights of each of the indices and sub-indices were determined and compared using one of the effective methods for ranking fuzzy quantities. The results show that among the general indicators of employee performance evaluation, the index of initiative and creativity was the first priority

Evaluation of the current system of national distribution, design network model of production and distribution of product and strategy with efficiency in order to reduce the cost of physical distribution of goods, something essential seems to be one of the most important factors in corporate profitability is .The main objective of this research is how to design appropriate strategies using TOPSIS and SAW presented distribution network. For this purpose, the data were first collected, then the data was analyzed and the conclusion was reached. Company elphy Isfahan province was chosen as the model is tested. A questionnaire was used to collect data. For this purpose, a questionnaire with 10 criteria and the opinion of several experts and experts of the company was developed. The study population was elphy food production and distribution company.Analysis method, TOPSIS and SAW, respectively. Major Findings indicate that design strategies distribution network levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 1 and 6 in the methods TOPSIS and levels 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 4. In the SAW in order for development programs to managers were proposed . So both methods, two strategies have chosen as the best strategy.

Power management set of methods and strategies that can be used to optimize energy consumption. Due to the widespread use of electric energy in human life the bulk of consumption management processes associated with managing electric power consumption. The main objective is how strategies and measures to reduce energy consumption in cement industry solutions identified using fuzzy AHP method ranked. The solution is to collect 23 7 Index of literature, interviews and brainstorming with experts, specialists and experts were Sepahan Cement. The questionnaire and distribute them among 100 experts and professionals, decision matrix Vmatrys was paired comparisons. Then the whole matrix hourly data are converted into fuzzy numbers and fuzzy decision and paired comparisons with average data matrices 23 and 7 indicators were formed solution. At the end of 23 strategies were ranked using fuzzy AHP. Results indicate that after identifying ratings and rating solutions, solutions "of hot exhaust gases heat recovery and power generation," as the highest rank, respectively. The continuous quality improvement is a critical to compete in domestic and international markets has become. Tooling companies are not exempt from this and because productive relationship with major industries such as oil companies and power plants are forced to adhere to a high standard. In this study presented a combination approach from FMEA and FAHP techniques. According to the experts to decide and identify products by their critical A suitable priority of the equipment with the aim of building a closer and more effective plan to be presented. Finally, the review of AzarAb one of the country's most important infrastructure projects As a case study, the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed. The results are ranked in terms of priority indicators in FAHP method and accuracy with expert opinion and the decision is very high compliance, MSE Index also indicates that the results of this point.

Patients can determine the quality of services provided in hospitals. The purpose of this paper was assessment and ranking selected hospitals in terms of delivery quality of services in Iran. Firstly by a systematic research in various scientific databases attempted to find researches that have done about using SERVQUAL model in Iranian hospitals that 22 relative papers was found. Then with the help of the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method, Scores for each were calculated via Excel 2010 software. The most published researches in terms of time were related to the year 2016 and locally were related to Tehran province and the reliability index had the highest weight. Shahid Elmi field hospital in Zabol with score of 1.001 and D hospital affiliated to Qazvin University of Medical Sciences with score of 0.313 respectively, ranked first and last. Shahid Elmi field hospital in Zabol because of gain the top rank can be considered as a template for other hospitals under study. Also combining MADM with SERVQUAL can be used in order to assessment and ranking hospitals as a new method.

The main objective of this research is, how can suitable place to build a cement factory using LINMAP provided. At first, data collection and analysis was performed on them. Industrial three areas of Isfahan province were selected as the test model was. For this purpose, a questionnaire with 8 standard was designed with a few experts cement industry. The study population consisted of a candidate site for the construction of a cement factory was. Major Findings indicate that measures environmental conditions and access to the labor force weights respectively 0.862 and 0.138 have been selected for decision-making. Also, Mahyar areas with Rank 1 and Rank 2 in the order of Aminabad and Natanz has been proposed for development programs to managers. The Goal of this research is using of Fuzzy TOPSIS, one of the method of multi attribute decision making (MADM), for Selection the Optimum Place for Esfahan PIHO Clinic from exist options.In this research, after organizing a decision making team and identification of indexes may influence the clinical processes, the PIHO Clinic options were weighted by Fuzzy TOPSIS approach. Firstly, two options were selected for evaluation by Satisfying Method. Then indices for evaluating options were estimated by defining the indices for evaluating each one, determining their relative status to indices and fuzzy TOPSIS method. The results are only assigned for a particular time section and under controlled organization. The main conclusion is shown, using this method may invoke as a useful management tool for organization decisions. The invention seen in this paper is an integrated method of Fuzzy and MADM to selection the best place for clinic in Petroleum Industry Health Organization.

MID term planning or determination of productionbudget is one of more importatnt activities for manufactoring industries that is necessory to be started befor the beginning of each period.the purpose of budget , is prediction of consumption market in next period and determination of production schedule in order to provide market needs. we need to know priority of products for budgeting. this priority is presentable by decision making techniques.using data of one period don't show the process of changes in attributes during previos periods. for this reason, in this article, topsis technique is developed by using multi period data instead of one period. in order to explain this research, we will prioritize chemidarou products with more than one handred and sixty production license.but in this article, the mentioned mettod is shown in five cases of products during three consecutive years befor the intended period and we consider decision attribute such as profit margin, market share, the number of competitors ond consumption growth in country.applying of suggested method is very useful for this company and other companies with wide variety of products in case of selection high value products to stay on budget and present mid term production planning.

Due to the increasing complexity of the world, the decision making process for decision-makers has been many complexities and one of the factors that its measurement for organizations is of tremendous importance is the measurement of the organizational efficiency, because through which they can decide their status towards the future process and to create a relative advantage. One of the methods used to assess productivity is data envelopment analysis, which in this technique is also a different method for assessing the efficiency that each has a certain logic and creates different results that make the decision process difficult. For this purpose, in this study, we will provide a method for combining various methods of data envelopment analysis, and in order to evaluate the efficiency of the decision-making units by using Shannon entropy method and linear allocation to combine the results.
