Todays, meeting the healthcare needs of patients at home has many benefits. By providing regular and timely healthcare servicing, in addition to reducing costs, the patient's recovery process also speeds up. In this paper, a multi-depot vehicle routing problem is considered with regard to time windows and fuzzy demands. This paper attempts to optimize provided mathematical formulation in such a way that the distance traveled, total travel time, the number of transportation vehicles and transportation cost be minimized; also by taking the hard time window to meet patients , patient satisfaction rate will increase. This is a complex and difficult problem, and it takes a long time to solve it through linear programming and existing software. Therefore, in this paper, two general approaches including genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization are used to tackle the problem. The response surface methodology (RSM) has been used to set parameters for meta-algorithms. To illustrate the efficiency of proposed algorithms, a number of test problems are solved and computational results are compared with the solutions obtained with the GAMS software.

In recent years, a new approach which has been dominant over operation management is the “supply chain management approach”. Supply chain management has attracted most researchers' attentions in recent years. This is the way to improve the economic, social and environmental performance. Therefore, the evaluation of SSCM is an important task for all types of organizations. Among the methods of evaluation SSCM, it seems that data envelopment analysis (DEA) is an appropriate approach. Some of decision-making units composed of several sections or stages that make a network of sub-processes. In order to evaluate such units, data envelopment analysis (DEA) is applied. This paper presents two approaches to calculate supply chain management as a network process. In the first approach, we consider the generalization of weighted sum model to calculate efficiency and returns to scale (RTS) of supply chain with two-stage process as single-objective approach. In the second one, we introduce the weighted sum model to calculate efficiency and returns to scale (RTS) of supply chain with two-stage process as multi-minded approach, so we try to make it to be single-objective approach and then calculate the efficiency of its total production process, according to the decision-maker's ideas and interests. In the next section of this paper according to the two above approaches, we determine the percent of returns to scale (RTS) of supply chain. Suggested ideas are used to evaluate the efficiency and returns to scale (RTS) of supply chain in resin production companies.

In recent decades, how to determine the best supplier as a strategic factor in the supply chain is considered. If the parameters such as the development of sustainable (green) will also continue to be important for selection will not be easy. Today, no company can ignore the supply chain management and is expected to survive. In this paper to identify the most important criteria in the process of strategic decision-making based on green supply chain management to select the suppliers to buy paint for the implementation of different parts of the Isfahan Municipality has been lining. In this study, using decision criteria used to rank priority TOPSIS production companies were highlighted. Preparing a questionnaire and an interview with The ranking has been done. The results showed that due to the fact that different perspectives in understanding the issues of sustainable development and environmental factors exist between employers and the adoption of green supply chain management with the benefits of inter-organizational and is so much buy based on the parameters of price and stress management can be a macro environmental strategy is effective it tends to be.
