Purpose: One of the fundamental problems in the field of supply chain management is the problem of supply chain design. In this problem, the goal is to determine the location for establishing a number of facilities in different geographical areas to cover the demands of customers.
Methodology: In this problem, the static and dynamic network is considered. Suppose the network is static, with the help of the iterated local search algorithm. In that case, the number and location of distribution centers are determined, and customers are assigned to each distribution center. If the network is dynamic, after determining the initial number and location of distribution centers and assigning customers to distribution centers, events related to network dynamics, such as customer decrease, customer increase, and variable size of demands, are investigated by customers. In addition, our proposed method considers the failure modes of network components. Also, the ability to survive the network can be seen in both network modes.
Findings: The results obtained from the experiments were analyzed in terms of evaluation criteria. The results of the experiments show the superiority of the proposed method compared to the CLSC and TSCFL methods.
Originality/Value: By studying the related works in the past in locating facilities in the supply chain network, attention to the design of a multi-level supply chain and the problem of finding facilities has yet to be considered. In addition, facility dynamics and network survivability are not considered at the time of failure. Therefore, in this research, we have tried to reduce the cost by choosing the appropriate location of facilities and assigning customers to each of these facilities. Also, we will design the network so that it can be in a stable state and continue to operate when a network failure occurs.

Purpose: In the current complicated supply chains, sustainability and two social and environmental perspectives have significantly caught researchers’ attention due to their significant role in cost reduction. The present study aims to propose a sustainable multi-tier supply chain model for power plant products for industrial and manufacturing factories.Methodology: To this end, a mathematical model was proposed with three objectives: maximizing the social responsibility, minimizing the emission of environmental pollutants, and reducing the costs of the supply chain. The whale and genetic metaheuristic algorithms were employed to propose and solve the model since sustainable supply chain planning was considered an NH-hard problem.Findings: In order to solve the proposed model, the experimental sample was designed in three groups including small, medium, and large in terms of the data of Atmosphere Company. The results of whale optimization and genetic algorithms were compared according to the comparative indices of quality, dispersion, uniformity, and solving time.Originality/Value: According to the results, the whale algorithm was able to provide higher quality and near-optimal solutions than genetic algorithm; in addition, by comparison, it could efficiently explore and extract possible areas of the solution in terms of quality and dispersion indices. However, a shorter amount of time was required for genetic algorithm to uniformly find solutions.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of green supply chain on economic performance, emphasizing the mediating role of green innovation, environmental management and quality management in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange.Methodology: In this research, the multivariate perceptron neural network approach and modeling of variance-based structural equations in SPSS26 and SmartPls3.3.3 software have been investigated.Findings: The results show that green supply chain management affects economic performance and increases green innovation, environmental management and quality management of economic performance. The establishment of a green supply chain has led to the observance of environmental requirements, and by observing environmental requirements, labor productivity is improved through specialized training of employees.Originality/Value: In previous studies have not considered the pros and cons of the relationship between environmental management and labor productivity. In this study, according to the selection of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the covid-19 period and the statistical sample selected by systematic elimination method and available sampling, these views were examined. Also, in the research method, most researches have only fitted the model with structural equations and regression equations, while in this research, the proposed model fits with multilayer perceptron neural network method and variance-based structural equations and finally to evaluate the performance prediction comparison model. Economically, the root mean square error index is used

Purpose: Today, the advent of blockchain technology has changed the way businesses do business, the size and scope of different organizations. One of these areas is the supply chain, which has many stakeholders, and blockchain, with its unique features, effectively responds to the various challenges in this area. Implementing this technology, like other technologies, has many challenges. Hence, these challenges must be carefully identified and analyzed to minimize their adverse impacts to use this technology effectively. In this regard, the present study aims to identify and prioritize the challenges of implementing blockchain technology in the supply chain based on the Bayesian BWM as one of the newest multiple attribute group decision-making methods.Methodology: At first, after reviewing the research literature, the challenges were identified. Then, the Bayesian BWM method determined the importance of these challenges in the case study.Findings: The results showed that security, technical and organizational challenges are the most important challenges for the company in implementing this technology, respectively. Also, among all sub-indicators of research challenges, poor scalability, privacy/confidentiality of the information, and cyberattacks have the most importance, respectively.Originality/Value: This study studied the challenges of implementing blockchain technology as a new technology in supply chains using one of the newest multiple attribute group decision-making methods (Bayesian BWM). Based on the research results, practical and research suggestions were presented

In today’s highly competitive business environment, which is known by characteristics of low profitability, high customer expectations for high-quality products and minimum waiting time, make companies efforts to transform constraints into opportunities for gaining competitive advantage by optimizing their business processes. In such a situation, appropriate supplier selection can play a key role in the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization and have a direct impact on reducing costs, profitability, and flexibility of a company. The purpose of this research is to provide a supplier selection model with simultaneous consideration of two sources of inventory control and pricing in the supply chain. To assess the validity and reliability of the model, the actual data of the Seven Diamond Industries Company including input materials (Hot Roll) and products (galvanized sheets) have been used. The proposed model is coded in the GAMS software and its results have been analyzed.

Evaluation of the current system of national distribution, design network model of production and distribution of product and strategy with efficiency in order to reduce the cost of physical distribution of goods, something essential seems to be one of the most important factors in corporate profitability is .The main objective of this research is how to design appropriate strategies using TOPSIS and SAW presented distribution network. For this purpose, the data were first collected, then the data was analyzed and the conclusion was reached. Company elphy Isfahan province was chosen as the model is tested. A questionnaire was used to collect data. For this purpose, a questionnaire with 10 criteria and the opinion of several experts and experts of the company was developed. The study population was elphy food production and distribution company.Analysis method, TOPSIS and SAW, respectively. Major Findings indicate that design strategies distribution network levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 1 and 6 in the methods TOPSIS and levels 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 4. In the SAW in order for development programs to managers were proposed . So both methods, two strategies have chosen as the best strategy.
